Why is the Beachbody LIVE team important to Beachbody?

The Beachbody LIVE team takes our best known brands like P90X and INSANITY and translates them into live formats. Partnering with gyms and Master Trainers, this growing team has opened our brands up to an entirely new segment of the market.  

 

What will you be doing at Beachbody as the VP of Marketing, Beachbody LIVE?

  • Supervising the entire process from brand creation to strategic marketing to execution and analysis. This includes being responsible for the vision, ownership, and performance of the marketing for instructor training brands at Beachbody. 
  • Working cross-functionally (with creative, web, database, operations, and sales) to develop strategic marketing campaigns and tactics for any new or existing instructor workshop programs in addition to creating overarching branding strategies for the Beachbody LIVE division. 
  • Driving revenue for the Beachbody LIVE division from all aspects (e.g., workshop sales, continuity sales, product/apparel sales, gym sales) using methods to drive awareness and conversion of gyms, trainers and instructors, and end consumers/class goers. Develop branding for current and new instructor training brands (INSANITY LIVE, CIZE LIVE etc.) and ensure correct positioning that is consistent with brand DNA
  • Creating detailed marketing campaigns and tactics for US team; support UK campaign development including websites, online and offline advertising, events, social media, internal and external emails, etc. Develop and execute marketing strategy for all instructor workshop brands globally while ensuring marketing spend is optimized to meet margin requirements.
  • Providing insight and analysis on competition and retail landscape to make key recommendations on product placement and communicate status and business results to SVP and President on an on-going basis.

We’d love to chat if you have...

  • An MBA (preferred) and at least 15 years work experience.
  • Knowledge of product development and commercialization process with agency (especially at a brand strategy agency) and fitness experience being a plus.
  • Amazing self-motivation and are able work in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills, strong project management skills, are an effective problem solver and strategic thinker that is also able to be detail-oriented.
  • Experience managing a small team executing through multiple marketing channels .
