ABOUT YOU
You sweat the details over a beautiful design without sacrificing the best possible user experience. You know design draws people in — but it should get out of the way so they can glide thru experiences like butter. You love peppering the path from A to B with moments of surprise and delight.
You’re excited to whip up lo-fi wires, hi-fi mockups and prototype on multiple platforms. You keep up on best practices for desktop and mobile. You understand design for iOS vs Android. You don’t shy away from new(er) interfaces like watches, voice, etc.
At the end of the day, you want to design user interfaces that make people weak in the knees. Designs that make other designers jealous. Designs that win awards.

ABOUT THE GIG
Responsibilities
- Work on our app and website
- Collaborate directly with our creative director and product team
- Create modern, engaging design solutions
- Build wireframes and iterative/interactive click-through prototypes
- Design across various platforms (web, mobile, etc)
- Give and solicit feedback from key stakeholders
- Execute against a fast-paced, ever-adapting roadmap
- Rapid iteration based on user testing and data
- Deliver polished comps and assets to other team members
- Help define our UI vision and style guides
Required
- Killer designer
- Keen eye for color, typography, hierarchy, space & flow
- Agile mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Have contributed as a leader in design
- Experience with end-to-end product design
- Have shipped product
- Master of Adobe CC, Sketch, Invision and prototyping (Principle, etc)
- Technical understanding (HTML, CSS, javascript, etc.) and ability to effectively communicate with engineers and product managers
- 4+ years design experience
