What you'll do:
Create differentiating, on-brand design solutions our website, landing pages, marketing initiatives, and email program
Design clean, seamless, inspiring interfaces across platforms
Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing team, driving innovative design within agile sprint projects
Distill product requirements and user insight into sketches and prototypes
Maintain a strong sense of the overall user experience: design for underlying functionality first
Advocate for simplicity and impact
Consider digital best practices and current design trends in the digital and e-commerce space
Work quickly, create designs with sometimes tight deadlines
Passionate, creative, and thoughtful
Fluent in clean, simple, strong design
Can translate brand ideas into innovative design solutions
Previous experience working on exceptional brands/digital experiences
Big interest in UX - think user-first

Winc's story began in 2012 when we founded Club W: the world's first personalized wine club. We made the process of discovering and buying wine easier than ever — and as we expanded to other facets of the experience, we became so much more than a club.
