Job Purpose

We are looking for a self-starter, with extensive experience writing technical documentation, specs, API documentation, user guides, training guides, FAQs, etc.

You will be part of a small, high performance team and will have the opportunity to excel and grow your career delivering great quality product at a fast pace. You will collaborate with development and product management to drive testability and ensure quality of the releases.

Key Responsibilities

·       Design, develop and maintain online documentation for innovative products and services

·       Create annotated screenshots and video tutorials to help customers learn to use products and services

·       Explain technical ideas and processes in simple language

·       Be creative and efficient in describing complex technology and environments

·       Create user documentation for a variety of material, including how-to guides and instruction manuals.

·       Ability to understand how to write clear customer facing instructions to be followed by developers

·       Make sure documentation instructions are accurate by testing the process.

Requirements

·       Exceptionally organized with near obsessive attention to detail

·       Ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines

·       Excellent collaborator and communicator

·       Comfortable in a small, intense and high-growth start-up environment

·       MS Office

·       Working knowledge of HTML a plus

·       At least 2 years’ experience in technical writing

·       Bachelor's Degree
