We currently have an opening for a Technical Support Analyst. This position will be located in Burbank, CA.

SUMMARY:
The Technical Support Analyst will report to the Manager of Regional OnSite Support . The Techncial Support Analyst will lead enterprise patching and release of updates to corporate workstations across all facilities. They will also oversee Mobility support from Onsite Support team of Enterprise IT.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• In charge of push of updates and patches to Windows workstations throughout enterprise to maintain security and functional patches to OS and key applications.
• In charge of testing and maintaining corporate supported master image for Windows PC workstations.
• Responsible for documentation and knowledge transfer of workstation architecture and it’s relation to WAN, AD, LAN, security applications, and corporate applications.
• Monitor and track incidents and trouble calls in Incident, Release, and Change Ticketing system in support of the incident and problem management process; recognize high priority tickets and take action within the expected response time.
• Have subject matter expertise with Cisco Call Manager and Unity Voicemail systems. Familiarity and/or expertise with other phone systems is a plus.
• Mobile Device Specialist. This includes ordering, provisioning, troubleshooting mobile devices from all major carriers. 

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Outstanding customer service skills as well as strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.
• Microsoft SCCM administration experience.
• Microsoft Powershell, Subject Matter Expert.
• Administrative experience with Cisco Call Manager and Unity voicemail.
• Experience as an administrator of Mobile Provider contracts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
