Why is the Strategic Analysis team important to Beachbody?

The Strategic Analysis team has their hands on high-profile projects and works closely with Database Marketing to drive revenue. This hard-working team is responsible for online acquisition, the creation of new operational initiatives and data analysis.

What will you be doing at Beachbody as the Strategic Analysis Analyst?

• The Analyst, Strategic Analysis will support analyses to help drive key strategic actions. This involves assisting in managing recurring financial, operating, marketing, and business indicator reports, as well as support creating illuminating analyses and recommendations. This individual will work closely with all functional groups – marketing, operations, customer service, and finance - to help manage and support day-to-day strategic decisions. 
• Assist in providing quantitative analysis to support the Company’s operating efforts
• Support creation of analyses using disparate data sources, large volumes of detailed data, often starting from scratch
• Assist in translating the results of an analysis into easily understood presentation quality materials
• Work with functional groups to track and analyze customer behavior as well as key metrics

  We’d love to chat if you have…

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year accredited college or university in a related field and 2 years of related experience
  • Strong analytical skills, exceptionally detail-oriented, and able to see the big picture
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and Power Point
  • Ability to synthesize large sets of data from multiple, seemingly unrelated sources (and enjoy the process!)
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience with data-mining are a huge plus
