PatientPop is seeking a Sr. Systems and Salesforce Administrator who will quickly become an expert at understanding our systems, and leverage Salesforce features to deliver optimal solutions. You will support our growing operations by performing reporting duties, data analysis, workflow automation, Salesforce.com administration, and operational support of services for our Customer Success team, Sales team and other key stakeholders at the company. In addition, to Salesforce.com, this role’s expertise will need to span across multiple systems, such as Zuora, Sertifi, Gainsight, Taskray, LiveAgent, Pardot, and SalesLoft.

This is role reports to the Sr. Manager of Customer Success Operations and is a key role in maintaining and improving business process and best practices within Salesforce.com and our other tool sets. As the primary administrator you will identify, develop, manage and monitor the growth strategy of the database to ensure the functionality meets growing requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in discoveries with key stakeholders to define functional requirements and use Salesforce (and other systems) best business practices to implement the solution.
  • Manage enhancements and implementations to the system in line with given business needs.
  • Maintain and enhance visual layout, workflow rules and business logic to streamline and enhance business processes and improve user experience.
  • Define implementation and integrate third-party products/applications on the Salesforce platform.
  • Manage development and production deployments of business solutions per prescribed project management methodology.
  • Coordinate, lead, setup, and document user acceptance tests with various groups to ensure the quality of developed solutions prior to production deployment (includes creating test plans).
  • Direct experience with Salesforce technologies including workflows, assignment rules, triggers, Visual Force pages, custom fields, APEX code, Importer and Dataloader.
  • Maintain Users, User Roles, Security, Profiles, and user hierarchy in support of Salesforce functionality
  • Create and maintain documentation of all application integrations and all custom development on the Salesforce platform.
  • Work with Data Analyst to ensure the quality and integrity of Salesforce data.
  • Research and advise on best practices for Salesforce solutions.
  • Remain current on Salesforce.com best practices and technologies.
  • Prepare multi-level reports, charts, and statistical analysis in support of the Customer Success team and larger organization (e.g., Sales, Finance)
  • Develop and improve reports, dashboards, and supporting process flows to provide reliable, accurate, and timely visibility into our Salesforce.com data.
  • Provide ongoing End User Salesforce.com training within the organization including development and deployment of training and training materials.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting of day-to-day Salesforce issues.
  • Assist with the management of outsourced Salesforce.com implementation partners
  • Partner with Salesforce implementation consultants to manage project deliverables.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years of Salesforce administration and/or development experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification ADM201 minimum, ADM211 strongly desired
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com developer tool kit.
  • Background integrating other systems with Salesforce and/or expertise in Salesforce apps. Prefer experience with: Zuora, Sertifii, Gainsight, Taskray, LiveAgent, Pardot, and SalesLoft.
  • Remain current on Salesforce best practices, technologies, and certifications.
  • Experience with decision support, financial reporting and dashboards is desired.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional team environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Competency in gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and complex problem solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to function competently in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
  • Experience in a SaaS related business environment preferred.
  • Proficient in data manipulation, data cleaning, and report creation.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Ability to maintain data integrity, data security and keep data systems current.
  • Experience in working with QA and Engineering teams.
