As a Senior Retention & Growth Marketing Manager at Procore, you are the client champion, Procore evangelist, an expert in understanding our install base. You create data-driven marketing strategies that continue to establish Procore as the best and most widely used construction project management platform in the industry and successfully increase Procore’s record-breaking retention rates and drive opportunities for growth.

Innovation, attention to detail, and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp the customer mindset and transform customer challenges into value propositions is crucial. You will be expected to define new standards in data-driven, customer-focused marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the vision for how we increase retention and growth from our existing clients
  • Develop measurable go-to-market strategies that increase client engagement, retention, and support new product and feature launches
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish the appropriate data infrastructure for capturing key customer profiles and behavioral data
  • Analyze data to monitor health of the subscriber base (e.g. renewal rates, ARR, key demographics, and trends, etc.) and identify areas for improvement
  • Partner with operations and international teams to execute programs globally
  • Ensure internal groups are aligned with your go-to-market strategies and have the necessary information to successfully execute
  • Forecast and measure impact to the business and report outcomes to senior stakeholders
  • Foster customer relationships to develop references, drive case studies and identify champions

Required Skills & Experience:

  • You have demonstrated strong analytical skills with the proven ability to scrutinize large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data and turn it into actionable strategies
  • You are an expert in developing results-driven go-to-marketing strategies and product launches in a B2B SaaS environment and you are a proven expert
  • You have strong project management skills including conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, and delivering analysis and recommendations
  • You possess a strong understanding of customer mindset and customer empathy and you have a dedication to great customer experiences
  • You believe in ownership of your role and take initiative to find opportunities, develop plans that inspire others, and ensure execution through measured results
  • You thrive in an environment that encourages openness
  • You have strong writing and presentation skills
  • You have demonstrated the ability to influence others and build strong working relationships across departments
  • BA or BS degree preferred
