This is an outstanding opportunity for someone to learn and grow in a rapidly high-growth start-up company.  You will report directly to our engineering team working closely with other technical resources and engineers within a technology driven organization.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years experience on an IT team 
• Willing to learn new skills on the job
• Familiarity with ropes - grappling hooks a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support desktops and laptops in a multi-platform OS environment (OS X, Windows, Linux), e.g. imaging, backup, maintenance

• Setup and relocate computers, monitors, and associated equipment

• Troubleshoot networking issues on wired and wireless networks

• Respond to requests for assistance in person, over the phone, via email, and through an internal ticketing system

• Support the office telephony system (SIP/Analog)

• Support other office technology (televisions, projectors, video conference equipment etc.)

• Day-to-day maintenance of conference rooms, computers, printers and other office equipment

• Maintain hardware and software inventory and create / maintain documentation

• Update and support in-house dashboard monitors

• Provide any additional support the organization might need
