If you wake up and watch the pump up scene from Rocky with The Eye of the Tiger on full blast each morning before tackling the day, then this is the right gig for you. We need you, the self starting SDET. You will be working with the product and engineering teams to prioritize tasks, but mostly you will be building out our QA and testing process independently, so self motivation is a must.
Your Challenge:- Test new extension deploys for Alpha channel
- Use selenium to write automated tests, replacing manual tests
- Build and lead the initiative for testing infrastructure capable of automatically testing new builds (100s of times per day)
- Work with leadership to prioritize fixes
- Must be a web ninja with extensive experience in front end development (HTML, JS, CSS)
- Must love unit/integration testing
- Deep understanding of web driver tools (e.g. Selenium, PhantomJS, Jasmine, Protractor)
- Experience using or setting up testing infrastructure
- Proficiency with git
- Ability to learn new things very quickly
