Are you the guy or gal who’s everyone’s friend, capable of holding down 10 conversations at once, while spinning more plates than an octopus? We’re looking for a social media manager who is the ultimate multi-tasker, who lives, breathes and sleeps social media!
As Zwift’s social media manager, you will be the consummate people person and personification of the Zwift brand, 100% accountable to the Zwift community and Zwift internal teams on a day2day basis. Expect lots of hard work, fun, creative development and analysis.
Responsibilities- Designing and managing a social media strategy to grow overall audience and engagement across Zwift’s media platforms
- Delivering campaigns which drive Zwift brand and product awareness
- Leading & coordinating the creative development of campaigns
- Monitoring, managing and moderating communities across all Zwift social media channels
- Identifying and nurturing relationships with key influencers
- Delivering social media content which optimizes Zwift’s digital acquisition and customer retention strategy
- Managing content scheduling and moderation across multiple timezones
- Upwardly managing senior colleagues and driving workflow
- 3-4 years social media management experience
- A proven track record of delivering social media campaigns which pay back to business goals and objectives
- A passion for cycling and solid understanding of the cycling market (consumer & pro cycling)
- A creative thinker and do’er able to craft good, on brand copy
- Experience with social media scheduling, analytics & reporting tools. Zwift is a data driven business!
- Ability to work in a super fast paced environment with a 24/7/365 hat on
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills
- A flair for creative writing, video and design
- Broad understanding of the “Active Lifestyle” space, spanning Cycling/Spinning, Triathlon, Running & Gym market
