Leading the OpenX yield team, you will play an integral role in maximizing revenue for the publishers who use our products. In short, this means that you will oversee a team executing sophisticated quantitative analyses and advanced modeling to translate data into decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of revenue performance for publishers, providing analytical support on a scheduled and ad-hoc basis
• Develop optimal strategies for balancing the risk and return of non-guaranteed revenue platforms, including RTB-enabled ad exchanges and traditional ad networks, against guaranteed campaigns
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to create financial models, tools and reporting interfaces that will provide a platform for decision making
• Work closely with ad operations, data and business development teams to coordinate a holistic approach to revenue optimization

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytical work experience in yield optimization or account management for digital media companies, consulting firms, investment banks or corporate finance/strategic planning departments
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Strong problem solving and business modeling skills with ability to form key, succinct insights and recommendations from comprehensive analyses
• Strong communicator with the ability to develop rapport and trust with clients and internal teams across many job functions Expert level knowledge of Excel
