 We are looking for a rockstar developer to become a core member of our engineering team. Maestro is powered by a Node.js platform utilizing a proprietary framework that combines MongoDb and Firebase to deliver realtime data. Your role is to make use of our server architecture and integrate Coffeescript code (compiled into javascript) for some of our larger products. We are a small tight-knit team where each person has a large impact on projects and we value everyone's opinion strongly. The ideal candidate is a self starter with a persevering attitude who can dive into the product and believe in the primary vision we are trying to achieve.

Maestro’s engineering team is a critical component to the growth of our business and to the way we position ourselves as the future of broadcasting. As video becomes the dominant form of media being consumed digitally, the market for customers looking to maximize ROI around their initiatives is increasing rapidly. Engineers have an opportunity to orient our product offering to reach rapid growth and expansion into much broader ambitions focused around the goal of helping broadcasters better engage, monetize, and analyze their audiences. Responsibilities: 
- Contribute to design of the architecture and the development of our internal infrastructure 
- Identify, research, and evaluate tools and technologies to increase operational efficiency 
- Develop, maintain, and enhance front-end applications 
- Diagnose and debug issues in a production environment 
- Collaborate with developers, product designers, and managers in an open, creative environment
