JOB SUMMARY:

Mobile innovation is happening at a rapid pace and is set to be the dominant platform for user engagement.  We’re looking for a talented, entrepreneurial-minded Mobile Product Manager that wants to build the best addictive mobile dating app that will help our users find true love.

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensuring great UX design & proper user testing - your products look and work beautifully to create an addictive daily habit
• Perform voice of the customer research and drive CDI (customer driven innovation)
• Manage metrics, data analysis, and reporting - Continuous understanding of product performance is a must
• Oversee mobile product roadmap - Own the moblie landscape and ensure timely delivery to match business goals
• Cross group collaboration – every great PM is able to bring a new feature to market in a way that gets the whole company behind it. If the idea of working with designers, engineers, marketers, customer care and legal sounds exciting (and it is) than you’re already a leg up.
• Competitive analysis – Reviewing competitor web sites and being on top of industry trends in both web and mobile design and user experience.
• Working in a constantly evolving environment where creativity and unique thinking is extremely valued and considered the norm.

What’s the daily grind look like? Well it’s dynamic and fast-paced but you can expect to do things like gathering market and technical requirements, developing product plans, coordinating project schedules and timelines, looking at competitive sites, and ensuring effective communications across the company.

• The ability to walk and chew gum at the same time – both literally and figuratively
• BA/BS required; MBA is a plus
