About the Opportunity:

The Senior Product Manager, Business Systems acts as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders responsible for delivering systems and solutions in support of Sales, Marketing, Service and Finance functions. This role will work closely with business partners ranging from Corporate Executives to Execution staff and drive the vision, requirements and design of business solutions. This will require an end-to-end understanding of Prospect to Cash business processes and how they are implemented utilizing CRM and other integrated application solutions.

About Your Responsibilities: 
  • Provide hands on guidance on process & solution design
  • Lead project delivery from requirements to sprint execution to production deployment (CRM, Sales Tools, Quote-to-Cash)
  • Act as the liaison between cross-functional groups by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved through business application solutions (potential application enhancements and/or system implementations)
  • Own & drive corporate business systems roadmap & delivery
  • Analyze corporate systems and make recommendations and proposals for improved effectiveness and efficiency
  • Manage, prioritize, sequence project demand based on resource availability and timelines
  • Coordinate with Sales Enablement & Operations teams to deliver end-user training as necessary
  • Provide team leadership on delivery processes/practices and CRM application best practices
About You:  
  • 10+ years of IT industry work experience including business systems analysis, solution design, application development and deployment of major CRM solutions (Salesforce, SaaS Quote to Cash applications) 
  • 5+ years of experience in leading cross-functional project teams 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Experience in leading Business Analysis, Business Process Design and Application Development (SDLC)
  • Experience in Project Management methodologies 
  • Good project management skills, planning and organizational skills 
  • Successful track record in delivering IT solutions on time and on budget 
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM best practices
  • Good working knowledge of CRM architectures and administration and the ability to quickly diagnose and solve system problems •
  • Functional knowledge of CRM (Sales, Service & Marketing) 
  • Demonstrated successful working relationships with IT and Business Partners 
  • Exceptional customer service orientation 
  • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment 
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
