About the Opportunity:

The Sr. Product Manager for Websites and Applications oversees multiple aspects of our ReachSites product, platform, and infrastructure containing thousands of local client’s websites. This includes product administration, and development for both front and back end applications, as well as reporting and analytics efforts to ensure the optimal product offering. 

You will collaborate with customers, operations, engineering, and internal stakeholders to shape the main, local marketing platform for clients. You will gather requirements, translate them into product specifications, and launch new product initiatives to improve the client experience. You will continuously analyze metrics to understand performance impacts and processes, making changes as necessary to deliver the maximum benefit to the client. You will ensure products/features are created to specifications delivered on schedule.

 About Your Responsibilities:

  • Document, organize, and manage the implementation of new website products and processes from inception to completion for thousands of client sites. 
  • Interface with both clients, and internal stakeholders, to gather and document detailed product (desktop & mobile) requirements.
  • Manage any custom implementation and site integration work directly with engineering teams through to successful release. 
  • Design and develop toolsets and applications to assist in the overall sales, and distribution of the website product.
  • Serve as the primary point person for all related communication around website product integration for both internal and external parties.
  • Analyze and evaluate performance of client’s websites, and enable it to drive product decisions. 
  • Offer insights and support into net new product features and functionality that influence the overall design of the website product.
  • Manage other product management tasks as assigned

About You:

  • 6-8 years of direct product management experience working alongside Agile product development teams.
  • Comfortable with both the front end (web/mobile) and back end aspects of gathering product requirements.
  • Experience in developing toolsets and applications, including APIs, and product integration. 
  • Knowledge of WordPress (Templates, Plugins/Widgets), HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript a plus. 
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira.
  • Customer-centric focused, and experience in working in a highly matrixed organization. 
  • Experience with web metrics s and analytics products a big plus.
  • Ability to use data-driven and methodical approaches to decision making. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree required. MBA a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to listen, engage, and present to numerous stakeholders including Customers, Sales, Service, and Product Development teams
  • Expert capabilities in MSFT Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
