You love design and get excited about the opportunity to scratch that creative itch and work on projects spanning all sorts of mediums from digital and print to physical goods and event design. Whether it’s web design, advertising, or anything in between, you are a designer with well-rounded skills and a knack for problem solving. No challenge is too big or small for you to tackle. You love the thrill of working on both long term and short term projects with tight deadlines and never back down from a good ol’ design challenge.
Given the broad scope of the work we're really looking for a well-versed designer with several years experience working in a variety of design mediums. You have technical experience with products like InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. You may even have spent time on the agency side or doing freelance and have a varied set of experiences that you're ready to put to work for a single company and product suite. Familiarity with HTML, motion graphics, or animation would be the cherry on top!
Within 1 Month, You Will:- Help to manage employee and customer swag inventory, including t-shirt designs and other merchandise
- Design digital graphics for social media, display ads, blog posts, etc.
- Help to create and enforce our visual asset library with naming convention
- Understand our customers and products
- Help establish and continue to build out the GoGuardian corporate identity system
- Assist with page design and visual direction of GoGuardian website
- Update and maintain our library of trade show materials, including all banners, backdrops, signage, etc.
- Create all visual components for marketing and sales needs, from elegant presentations to beautiful, tactile brochures and one-pagers
- Take projects from concept to production with little oversight
- Determine need, fit, and strategy for new work
- Continue to increase your skills in all things design and expand your experience to include HTML, motion graphics, etc.
- Become a leader within the marketing department and a go-to resource for all marketing/brand design questions
