The Role

Drata is looking for a Senior Manager, NOAM Field Marketing to join the team! This person will be a key member of the growing marketing team at a fast-growing, Series C B2B SaaS startup. In this role you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives at the regional level to support overall marketing goals and objectives. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of regional marketing dynamics, ABM marketing, event management and how to effectively manage the marketing budget. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving results through field marketing programs and working with cross-functional teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing leadership team to develop regional marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Regional Market Activation: Identify target markets and segments within assigned regions, and develop tailored marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Event Management: Plan, execute, and oversee a variety of events including trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and community events to generate leads and foster relationships with customers and partners.
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team of field marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of field marketing activities with overall business strategies and objectives.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the regional marketing budget, optimizing spend to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
  • Vendor Management: Select, negotiate with, and manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners to support field marketing initiatives as needed.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on field marketing or related roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful field marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and ROI.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, ABM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, 6sense).

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and equity. The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected salary ranges for this role are set forth below. 

Tier 1: $161,500 - $199,500

Tier 2: $145,350 - $179,550

Tier 3: $129,200 - $159,600

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s leveling and compensation – including a candidate’s professional background and experience. What tier you are aligned to is non-negotiable and is solely dependent on where you permanently reside. These ranges and tier alignments may be modified in the future and final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above.
