We are currently hiring for a dynamic and collaborative Senior Manager, Digital/Web Marketing to join our company! 

We're looking for a dynamic metrics-driven, experienced Sr. Manager with exceptional communication skills and a passion for digital marketing, lead conversion, web production and optimization. We’re targeting for an exceptional, dynamic and resourceful marketing professional with experience in B2B web management and digital channel optimization, including lead gen, SEO SEM, content marketing, and strategic marketing efforts. This Sr. Manager position is responsible for website and digital strategy, including funnel optimization, content engagement and optimization, lead gen and conversion, and campaign optimization with focus on prospect customer life cycle. Duties are focused on developing and supporting a comprehensive road-map for expanding the web and digital marketing agenda in the US and international markets.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and optimize the digital marketing road map, managing online conversion of all inbound digital channels.
  • Managing and directing various agency relationships, creating and developing ongoing enhancements to all digital assets, including: Website(s) landing pages, micro-sites, etc., all while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Experienced Project Manager responsible for web production and development, including complete site redesign, wireframes, user experience, page flow, and conversion.
  • Implementation of all marketing campaigns and initiatives on website including SEO/SEM landing pages, CRM integration, on-going conversion optimization testing, maintenance and analytic tracking and reporting.
  • Management of digital channel strategies to drive online traffic to all company websites, optimizing conversion rates utilizing A/B testing of improvements to usability, design, and content.
  • Oversee optimization of web design and architecture utilizing analytics informed decision making to maximize ROI of digital channels and drive revenue.
  • SEO and SEM optimization, increasing brand awareness and lead generation while managing a strict PPC budget.
  • Direct web product and SEO content marketing strategy in US and various international markets
  • Measure ROI and drive marketing KPIs and channel revenue contribution.
  • Track and measure digital programs and report key performance indicators in weekly reports, measuring success to defined year-end goal metrics.
  • Relationship management with established vendors: Google Adwords, Google Chrome, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, US and International Agencies
  • Manage complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners, other projects as assigned.
  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitors, including new technologies and development opportunities in digital marketing.

What you bring to the table:

  • 10 years experience in web optimization and digital management
  • Experience in driving ideation, execution, analysis and optimization in all areas of B2B digital marketing strategy and web production and design.
  • Experience working with various stakeholders to develop project requirements and deliverables, create wire-frames, develop technologies, and manage web development and releases.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into execution, dependent on excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using digital analytical tools to understand channel success KPI to make business decisions and optimize ROI.
  • Experience managing multiple web properties to improve site performance by testing, tracking, analyzing, enhancing, and implementing best practices—including SEO, A/B testing utilizing Google Analytics, Adwords, and CRM software reporting.
  • Experience in best practices of marketing communication.
  • Strong presentation and Excel skills, as well as marketing KPI reporting and analysis of marketing channel data to make business decisions.
  • Experience with the creative development process and working with agencies.
  • Extremely well-organized, energetic, a logical creative problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit.
