Why is the Technology Team important to Beachbody?

Beachbody’s technology team is leading the way for new opportunities in the digital realm. They provide applications from consumer-facing ecommerce and high traffic CRM for our Coach network to data platforms and core enterprise applications which are at the heart of Beachbody's order processing and fulfillment engine.

What you will be doing at Beachbody as a Senior Director DevOps? 

• Work with engineering teams to set up and manage a 24x7, 365 infrastructure environment, including managing the Ops tools for automated builds, unit-testing, security and scalability in on-prem and cloud environments, like Amazon AWS.
• Install, configure and manage applications in virtualized environment.
• Develop and manage tools, applications and processes to support continuous delivery software methodologies.
• Establish and maintain security best practices across development through production environments, including access and audit controls and manage a dynamic scaling and high availability environment, including managing profiling, load testing, and monitoring tools.
• Work in a highly dynamic environment to support a global user base and be responsible to ensure that development projects are well architected.

We'd love to chat if you have...

• 10+ years relevant experience in developer operations, system administration, infrastructure management, cloud,  and virtualized environment experience.
• Demonstrated experience with full LAMP stack, which includes but is not limited to configuring and tuning Apache, installing and configuring MySQL/MongoDB, cluster configurations.
• Experience with build and deployment automation tools like Jenkins or similar applications.
• Experience with automation and deployment tools for code deployment, unit testing, load testing, auto-scaling, like Jenkins, Bamboo, Chef, Puppet, in a continuous delivery environment.
• Experience setting up and maintaining highly scalable, high-availability, disaster recovery environments and applications, including using monitoring tools like Nagios and New Relic.
