Our rapidly platform growth means that we have a need to add to our client services team. As part of our 2017 strategy, we are focused on giving our brands the best on boarding experience as possible. This Enablement team member will work directly with clients to ensure that they have what they need to be up and running with a completely customized portal in the most efficient way possible.



This role requires an understanding of eCommerce, great communication and follows up skills, Microsoft excel wizardry and the ability to learn SaaS products in a timely manner. This role will report directly to our Product Enablement Manager whom you will work with on a daily basis.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact during the on boarding process that truly adds value to the platform for the customer
  • Create centralized place for clients to share their data and imagery with our Customer Success team
  • Communicate with client to give specific data and imagery requirements
  • Assist clients with data mapping to help accommodate our required fields and schemas
  • Follow up continuously with client to gather required assets for portal build prior to Enablement Teams first contact
  • Act as the Enablement point of contact during the sales process for any questions or inquiries pertaining to data, settings, imagery or creative content
  • Work closely and cross train with account managers, sales and support team to assist with new and existing clients
  • Help build custom demo portals for sales team
  • Become a true NuORDER product expert through assisting with version release testing, support articles, and internal training
  • Daily and weekly touch bases with the Enablement team
  • Weekly reporting for assignments to the Product Enablement Manager

 Qualifications

  • Ability to work with little to no supervision
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Advance Excel proficiency – (formulas, v-lookup, formulas, pivot tables)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
  • Great analytical skills
  • Be able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Ability to multi task
  • Basic Photoshop experience is a must
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
