We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, Consultant to support a large-scale ITS Program. This role is a Independent Contractor position, you will be responsible for the following: 

-Collaborate with Project Leaders in the detailed planning and management and coordination of projects

-Establishing PMO Processes and provide training to team members

-Provide oversight to ensure project milestones and targets are met

-Ensure appropriate tools and techniques are available and employed by the project team to enable them to meet their assigned objectives successfully

-Work with Project Managers, Functional Managers and Directors to provide visibility on the status of all projects within global ITS 

-Ensure reporting is done in a proactive, timely, and consistent manner across groups

-Provide clarity for the various PMO processes

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree (preferably in engineering or other related field)/ equivalent combination experience and education

-Minimum of 3+ years of related experience

-Knowledge of scrum methodology

-Jira administrative knowledge plus

-Project management or cross-functional team leadership experience preferred

-Qualification in project management or equivalent preferred

-Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management, IT business processes

-Practical work experience in project management, matrixed people management, strategic planning, risk management and change management

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Excellent planning and organizational skills
