We're a stealthy startup looking for smart, programmatic media buyers to join our small highly skilled team based in Los Angeles building a state-of-the-art data management platform. We structure data for multiple industries including entertainment, music, retail, media and finance. The team is very experienced and we are growing incredibly fast. Currently our servers handle 2000 requests per second and serve more than 500 million users.
Responsibilities:
• Master media, data and buying-related technologies, including our DSP & DMP
• Understand client performance objectives and develop successful segmentation and optimization strategies
• Create and implement comprehensive, data-driven media plans
• Work with business development to provide internal and client facing reporting
• Ongoing report generation and analysis of key business metrics
• Audit and organize existing audience data sets for clients
• Execute and optimize strategies around targeting, bidding, platforms, 1st and 3rd party data
• Analyze campaign data to identify and capitalize on key drivers of performance and increase ROI
• Generate executive level post buy reports
• Stay current with industry technology

Requirements:
• Minimum of one year of media or network relationship management experience
• Passion in advertising technology, data, media, building new processes
• Knowledge of digital display media and advertising landscape, including key technologies, business models, ad products and industry standard metrics
• Understanding of how multi-channel digital advertising fits into advertisers marketing plans and what drives campaign performance
• Attentive to detail, data driven, excellent communicator
• Quick learner
• Strong Excel skills
• Understanding of standard media metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR)
• BA/BS degree required
• Team player
• HTML knowledge. Able to troubleshoot pixel and tag installation
• Excellent project management skills
