Progammer/Developer/Software Engineer
We want to bridge the gap between marketing and technology from the marketers side and you are going to help us do it. AI isn't here yet and marketing automation is weak - we are true marketers that understand the nuance of customer acquisition, retention, re-engagement and social proof. Our commodities are attention, emotional pull and differentiation. We get how to create demand and build brands.
You are the kind of person that wants to be left to your own devices, but given resources and support when needed to build best-in-class and first-ever tools in the marketing space. You are autonomous but love collaborating and working in the context of a team. You solve problems and overcome obstacles nobody ever knew you had. You are a voracious reader, subscriber and student of emerging technologies. You have a documented history of success and achievement.
In the next 6-12 months we want YOU to:
- build an internal data warehouse (then query, analyze and predict)
- work with our existing BI pro to extract, store, correlate and predict rad things from mountains of data
- develop new programmatic ad-buying tools
- build a new internal document management system/repository
- find meaningful ways to enable our 100+ person staff with technology
- evaluate and implement new tech platforms in the marketing automation space
- continue to build our existing portfolio of in-house tools
- build a team to accomplish above
Skills? You know better than we do, but you'll need to be impressive and enthusiastic about what you can bring to the table. We're not some pie-in-the-sky venture backed startup that's hoping things work out - we have a proven business model and are adding internal development resources as a moon-shot where the right candidate will be free to build amazing products, tools and tech with vast resources and total autonomy.
