The Honest Company is looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our Creative team! In this role, you will be responsible for the management, execution, and follow-up on all production needs of video and photo content projects for The Honest Company and Honest Beauty.

What you’ll do:

• Manage all pre-production needs, including but not limited to negotiation and confirmation of terms, agreements, scheduling and execution for photographers/videographers, retouchers, editors, talent, hair/makeup/styling, catering, props and locations
• Provide onsite support for all shoots to ensure successful execution of projects
• Take on studio management responsibilities, tracking studio inventory (props, product, etc.) and equipment
• Manage follow-up on all post-production needs, including but not limited to delivery, organization, and working with the DAM to maintain assets in coordination with Asset Manager, confirmation of usage, processing, and payment of invoices
• Support and manage cross-functional team needs to ensure successful production of projects across departments
• Collaborate with art directors and photographers to build out concrete shoot requirements from abstract concepts and ensure timelines meet launch schedules and channel needs
• Oversee and support product campaign style guides which will be presented to cross-functional teams before internal photo shoots
• Work with Creative Operations to ensure production is both on schedule and on budget
• Manage Honest’s Video Editor and oversee video internal and freelance-based editing projects

What you’ll need:

• 3-5+ years of photo and video production experience working on small to large scale projects
• Ability to flexibly execute projects with a variety of creative partners, production vendors, and scheduling parameters
• Substantial industry experience with a network of editor and vendor contacts
• Superior attention to detail and consistency of execution
