At Honest, we are passionate about creating meaningful, beautiful photography, video, and social assets. The Production Intern will support the production of all in-house content, assisting our production manager in organizing photo and video shoots.

The Honest Internship Program takes place at our headquarters in Playa Vista. The program will run for 10 weeks from the beginning of June to mid-August, and is a paid, full-time, 40 hours/week program. Interns must be available for the full duration of the internship.

What you’ll do:

• Work cross-functionally to prepare product for shoots
• Purchase props and help with set design
• Organize assets/selects and work with retouchers to ensure our team has access to final assets
• Assist the Production Manager and Project Management team to organize photography calendar
• When applicable, help manage talent during shoots: Coordinate catering, keep models on schedule, and work with our Art Directors to help produce a smooth shoot
• Learn the ins and outs of photo shoot production
• Manage a data asset management system (DAM)
• Support content workflow from conception to execution
