We have kicked-off our search for a Production Designer to support our Digital Design team. In this role, your days will be filled with high-volume asset production using pre-established templates, along with image resizing, animation/video production, and photo retouching. If you’re a production whiz ready to join a team of designers passionate about showcasing Honest’s mission via stellar digital design, this is the job for you.

What you’ll do:

• Provide production design support for a variety of projects by producing graphic assets to be used in all digital channels (web, mobile, social, email, and advertising)
• Produce quickly, efficiently, and accurately, keeping quality top of mind
• Partner closely with other designers to understand and meet specific requirements for each project
• Develop and bring beautiful and functional designs to life across Honest's desktop, tablet, and mobile web presences

What you’ll need:

• 2+ years of professional production design experience within web, mobile, and digital marketing
• Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to templates and style guides
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
