Wallaby Financial is seeking to hire a Product Operations Manager. In Product Operations, we build, maintain and improve processes that are integral to providing our customers with the best products and services. Accurate data is the key to these products and services, and in this position, you will be managing large sets of data and the processes surrounding it. You will update and create data, ensure data quality, and provide basic data analysis. You will also work with the Product Operations team to create and manage processes that help create a successful customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage various databases, data feeds, and data-related processes
• Provide scheduled and ad hoc quality assurance reviews of critical data sets
• Review current processes and document process improvement suggestions
• Provide reporting and analysis related to data processes
• Collaborate with the Product Operations team to support our users as it relates to data issues 

About You:

• You have a college degree in an analytical or financial discipline
• You have 3-5 years' experience working in the credit card or payments industry
• You have experience working with large sets of data, including analysis, processing and quality assurance functions
• You have experience utilizing basic data tools, including spreadsheets and databases
• You have experience working in a highly collaborative environment
• You want to work full-time in a relaxed, but committed environment
• You enjoy using and learning about technology
• Must pass a complete background check prior to employment
