As a member of the DSH Product Management team, you bridge the technical and business worlds as you define products that our customers love. You'll work with people from engineering, research & development, sales, and marketing, to name just a few. You have a bias toward action and can break down complex problems to form strategy and requirements that will drive our product development and business forward at lightning speed.

The DSH Product Management team is looking to hire a Product Manager focused on the DSH platform to solve the problem of our industrial customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the vision, strategy and roadmap for our DAQRI Smart Helmet hardware platform

  • Create and prioritize product requirements and evolve them through product iterations

  • Manage feature development, evolution and planning of DAQRI Smart Helmet hardware platform for the industrial marketplace

  • Work with business development, sales and customers to identify and prioritize industry problems and customer needs

  • Provide vision and direction by introducing innovative new features, improving on existing features, and staying up to date on current industry/technology trends and capabilities

  • Perform market/competitive research as it aligns with business strategy

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of product management or development experience with a focus on mobile products and technologies

  • Degree in a technical field (Computer Science or Electrical Engineering preferred)

  • History of success in developing, launching and iterating technology products

  • Ability to define product requirements spanning business, technology and user experience needs

  • Ability to understand technical subjects/emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplace

  • Demonstrated proficiency and experience in managing active products in the marketplace

  • Comfortable making decisions with ambiguity, rapid iteration, fluid prioritization and being responsible for high quality product delivery

  • Knowledgeable across multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, user experience, sales, customer support and/or marketing

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends

  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in technical field (Computer Science or Electrical Engineering preferred)

  • Experience working with wearable technologies

  • Experience developing or managing products through the product lifecycle

  • Experience developing or managing low-power mobile technologies

  • Experience with compliance standards in the industrial markets

  • Experience with embedded software and operating systems

  • Experience with augmented reality, computer vision or similar technologies
