We’re looking for a talented Product Manager to implement strategy and ensure the delivery of our fast-growing integrated mortgage solution, Loan Engage.  This is a unique opportunity to have a huge impact and dramatically change how the retail loan officer works. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Specify market requirements, roadmap and product definitions for current and future iterations
• Support the strategy and articulate the vision and mission of the product roadmap including planning, defining release cycles, implementation, and prioritization through all stages of the product lifecycle
• Collaborate with the product management team, business leaders, application development teams, product testers and marketing on product positioning, go-to-market plans, demo design, training materials, and sales collateral to ensure that business objectives are achieved
• Act as user champion when coordinating product development team interaction with business stakeholders and align all development activity with business goals and priorities

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in a product management role with a proven track record of designing, building and launching high value products that customers love and generate real business impact
• 2+ years’ experience in the mortgage industry – strongly preferred.
• Dynamic skillset that is strategic and tactical, creative and disciplined, big picture and detail oriented
• Highly accountable and takes ownership and assumes responsibility
• Fluent in Agile and User Centric design methodologies
• Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science or Engineering a Plus
