Product Manager, E-Commerce

Evite is looking for a Product Manager, E-Commerce to join our growing product team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for designing products with user-centric focus and design, is driven by an inquisitive curiosity to learn, and can pick up new knowledge and skills independently. Our candidate is ambitious, energetic, hungry and craves responsibility. 

In this position, a candidate will have the unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with product, tech and design to create scalable experiences to grow our business. Our candidate will use data to establish an e-commerce merchandising strategy in line with business objectives and conversion goals, and continue to use analytical skills daily to make well-informed, timely product decisions. Our candidate will drive the process for invitation production, and continuously identify and advocate for productivity enhancements with our internal tools.

Responsibilities

  • Create, launch and drive a merchandising strategy and planning calendar consistent with design and brand standards, analytics insight, customer feedback at scale
  • Conduct analysis to measure the results of merchandising to quantify the business benefit/impact, and identify further opportunities
  • Develop new category or partner opportunities through precise execution of a well-conceived merchandising strategy to drive business growth
  • Manage multiple, concurrent projects in various phases of ideation, execution, or delivery
  • Use user insight, analytics, best practices, competitor analysis to inform merchandising strategy decisions
  • Inspire customers by consistently raising the bar on what it means to have the best user experience by understanding and analyzing user needs
  • Coordinate with product managers, tech, QA, marketing, business development, design and other Evite teams to design products and features

Must-Have Capabilities

  • Strong analytical capability, able to understand and contribute insight into algorithmic optimizations
  • Proven ability to own, operate and improve a complex process
  • Proven ability to improve/optimize conversion flows

Additional Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Interest in creating, designing and analyzing new and existing products
  • Excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is the bar
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • 2 to 5 years relevant experience
