Our Product Manager will participate in the planning, building, and execution of our product roadmap, working closely with our engineering and design teams to continue developing our products. This individual will serve as a cross-functional team member within the company.

Responsibilities: 
-Facilitate discussion between the sales, business development, engineering, QA, and design teams. 
-Define specifications and roadmaps for all our products. 
-Understanding the goals and KPIs and keeping our team focused. 
-Defining metrics to analyze the success of our products. 
-Defining the product specifications and roadmaps for sales. 
-Integrate usability testing as well as A/B or multivariate testing.

Requirements: 
-1+ years of experience in product management. 
-Experience creating wireframes and mockups using tools such as Sketch or with HTML/CSS/JavaScript. 
-Experience building simple, intuitive interfaces. 
-Experience with fluid, responsive designs. 
-Exceptional communication and presentation skills. 
-Exceptional organizational and analytic skills. 
-Exceptional attention to detail. 
-Experience with a project management tools such as JIRA and Asana.

Pluses: 
-Understanding of ad formats and IAB standards, such as VAST, VPAID, MRAID. 
-Understanding of HTML5 and/or flash video players.
