What You’ll Do

• Design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer problems to create elegant but practical solutions.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers in a highly collaborative environment.
• Take initiative in identifying problems and opportunities to improve the product offering.
• Push boundaries and break the product’s status quo to get us to the ideal future state.

What you’ll Bring

• 3+ Years experience in design, preferably in fast-paced start-up environments.
• A thorough understanding of UX and user habits.
• Rapidly prototype flows, concepts, and interactions, take in feedback, and successively iterate
• Participate in user experience research and usability studies
• Ability to set and meet deadlines as well as prioritize effectively when in crunch-mode.
• Ability to jump between different design disciplines at a moment's notice.
• Good work ethic when working with team members.
