We are looking for a Product Designer with lots of vision, a desire to make an impact and shape the product. You will have the opportunity to design and own big product initiatives. There is a lot of room for creativity as we are looking for someone to build the design team. This role has an emphasis on visual design, but having UX and interaction design experience is preferred.

Duties:

• Brainstorming brand identity (visual systems supporting)

• Identify core problems/needs and conceptualize how to solve them

• User Experience (user flows, wireframes, IA, prototypes)

• User Interface Design (comps, responsive web, and mobile)

• Layouts, and attention to detail on typography, spacing, and colors

• Create design guidelines to ensure interface consistency

• Work directly with Founder and engineering team

• Gauge usability of new and existing features and constructively advocate for elegant and meaningful change

• Rapidly iterate on designs based on user insights and team feedback
