Position: Product Data Enablement Intern

Reporting to: Enablement Team Lead

NuORDER’s Client Services Team is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Product Enablement Associate to join our Enablement Team! If you are data driven, excel wizard and want to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment, then this job just might be right for you! 

The right candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise software, standard browser technology, as well as computer and mobile operating systems. Responsibilities:

Uploading customer data into our platform
Work closely with account managers, sales and support team to assist with new and existing clients
Act as the primary point of contact for data related inquiries
Assist with onboarding process for our our new clients
Assist with product imagery during the initial on-boarding process
Perform other related duties as assigned
Troubleshooting data related questions
Daily and weekly meetings with the team
Weekly reporting for assignments
This posting is an internship, might be a 3-month contract for now.
 The right candidate will be required to take an excel test.
The right candidate must be available to work at least 40 hours a week.

Qualifications:

Great communication skills
Ability to work under little to no supervision
Ability to think outside the box
Advanced Excel proficiency – (formulas, vlookup, formulas, pivot tables)
Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
Great analytical skills
Be able to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to multi task when needed
Basic Photoshop experience is a must
Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
