- Strong Mobile Development Skills (iOS, Android, Windows Phone)
- Strong Web Development Skills (Ruby on Rails, JavaScript)
- Experience with mobile frameworks (PhoneGap, Xamarin, RubyMotion)
- Strong OO & multi-threaded programming skills
- Strong debugging skills
- OSX development experience
- C/C++ experience
- Experience dealing with bandwidth and latency issues
- Self-Motivated
- Good design, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Passion for real-time!
