Mobile Product Manager & UI

Position at Maple Media:
Maple Media is looking for a talented Product Manager with a proven track record in product management and in-depth understanding of mobile UI / UX design to join our team in Los Angeles. The Product Manager will be responsible for envisioning and executing on a growth and go-to-market strategy for new products acquired by the company. The ideal candidate has an in-depth understanding of mobile, an analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and an eye for great mobile design—experience with mobile games is a huge plus! Candidates must have exceptional mobile industry expertise, technical aptitude, and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities:
- Create, test, and measure highest-impact product changes to drive revenue, user growth, and retention
- Ability to define, justify, and execute go-to-market plans for mobile products
- Identify tools and other capabilities Maple Media needs, and work with technical team to build and improve these tools and capabilities
- Agile and capable of delivering new products and product enhancements
- Effectively communicate relevant success metrics to key stakeholders
- Actively lead/participate in all design thinking sessions
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Must be LA based
- 3-5 years of experience in a product management role with recent experience of managing mobile products (marketing/business positions please don’t apply)
- 2 years of experience with mobile UI / UX design
- Wireframing experience with Sketch, Photoshop, or any other tool
- Experience with managing mobile games is preferred but not required
- Intuitive grasp of data analysis and strong quantitative skills
- You enjoy staying ahead of the curve with a knowledge and interest in emerging technologies
- Passion for all things mobile
