The Opportunity

NuORDER is looking for an efficient, energetic Marketplace Assistant who will help grow the ever expanding NuORDER Marketplace network consisting of 80,000+ Retailers. The Marketplace serves as a tool to connect brands and retailers. The Marketplace Assistant will focus entirely on retailers and ensuring they are appropriate NuORDER Marketplace candidates. The Marketplace Assistant will also be responsible for the entry of retailer data into our centralized system of record.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert on NuORDER’s Marketplace and criteria for entry.
• Use reasoning skills and preset NuORDER qualification criteria to determine appropriate retail Marketplace candidates.
• Identify/prospect and outreach to retailers that fit the Marketplace criteria.
• Monitor the various outlets which Marketplace submissions are placed through (including Salesforce.com and Zendesk)
• Accurately enter retailer data into the Marketplace, including writing light copy and choosing visually appealing imagery
• Work closely with the Retail Partner Manager to identify Marketplace needs and carry out Marketplace goals.

Requirements/Qualifications

Education: Degree in progress or completed in a related field. Equivalent experience accepted.

Skills:

• Organized with attention to detail
• Goal oriented individual that enjoys seeing results
• Ability to confidently outreach and articulate Marketplace function via email and phone
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Google Apps and preferably Salesforce.com (CRM)/Zendesk
