As a critical member of the Marketing team, the Marketing Enablement Specialist, you will work across all functions of the department to drive communication and collaboration of strategic projects. You will be responsible for assisting in the development and optimization of marketing enablement strategies to ensure department efficiency and development. In addition, you will also assist in the development and optimization of marketing onboarding, training, career development, and inter-department communication and efficiencies.

What you’ll do:

• Work with Director of Marketing Enablement to produce standard processes for hiring, career development, and promotions.
• Develop, produce, and run marketing onboarding for all new hires.
• Work with Procore Learning & Development to build out recurring and one-off training for the marketing department.
• Help organize and plan all department offsites.
• Identify successes, trends, and potential problem areas for senior leadership and marketing department heads.
• Work with other Procore Enablement departments to develop best in class processes.
• Assist in the development and optimization of projects, processes and overall strategies within the marketing organization.
• Establish communication plan to improve collaboration and visibility across Customer Success department.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of work experience in marketing or training/education or related field
• Demonstrated experience in planning, organizing and executing projects of varying complexity and delivering them within specified timeframes and budgets
• Ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects and manage results
• Strong marketing and/or communications experience with the ability to plan and implement a strategic, integrated approach
• Versatility and the ability to adjust to project alterations promptly and efficiently while maintaining flexibility
• Proficient to advanced experience with MS Office and Google Applications

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required.
