What you’ll do:

- Conceive, develop, and create growth and recruitment strategies for your community

- Set regular team goals and metrics

- Provide clear, effective, and timely communication to your community team

- Guide and coach direct reports towards development and career progression

- Communicate key responsibilities and practices to ensure direct reports promote a successful and collaborative attitude to achieve business results

- Create workflow processes to manage requests

- Attend Marketing team meetings and share information and feedback from work in the field
