Job Description
3PL Central is seeking a motivated, collaborative, and detailed-oriented Marketing Associate looking to join a productive marketing team. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for a broad range of marketing tasks including content creation, email management, event coordination, lead generation & website management. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.
Responsibilities
· Build content for new campaigns to meet sales and marketing goals
· Partner with digital marketing agency to create and execute email marketing, blogs, nurture tracks, and social media campaigns using Hubspot and Salesforce
· Track and analyze metrics to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of campaigns including A/B testing for both prospect and customer marketing efforts
· Manage multiple projects and ensure all deadlines are met
· Work cross-functionally to maintain Hubspot and Salesforce databases including campaign tracking, lead management, and basic CRM integration
· Monitor marketing infrastructure and enhancements; continuously analyze and document operational processes to implement new efficiencies
Requirements
· 2+ years B2B marketing experience
· Data driven marketer with an interest in optimizing marketing strategies and tactics
· Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to think critically about content
· Experience using Hubspot or a similar Marketing Automation System
· Experience using Wordpress or a similar CMS system
· Exhibits great creativity and resourcefulness
· Well organized, resilient self-starter with precise attention to detail
· The ability to work in a team and as an individual
· Bachelor’s degree, preferably marketing, business or communications
