About the Job:

The Marketing Analyst is a key member of the risk and marketing team, and is primarily focused on driving business growth by conceiving and implementing high impact strategies. This analyst will bring an understanding of end-end customer acquisition including marketing and risk performance. You will team up with best-in-class data scientists and brand marketers to devise and implement innovative strategies that will fuel the company’s growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities and conduct analysis to understand potential impact as well as key risks.
  • Collaborate closely with data science/marketing team to develop initiatives from intent through execution
  • Optimize existing and established channels for growth and increased marketing spend efficiency
  • Own and lead the execution of established marketing channels
  • Manage the data reporting and analysis of the key marketing channels and develop analytical insights

Requirements:

  • 2 – 4 years in a highly analytical environment with business and marketing strategy development
  • Exposure to online analytics and direct response marketing preferred
  • High ownership and strong problem-solving and analytical skills with strong critical thinking skills
  • Positive and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Four-year college degree in a quantitative discipline (Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance etc.) required. Masters degree preferred
  • Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills; Experience with programming languages (R, SQL, SAS etc)
