The Role

This role will involve a combination of client services and in-house technical work. Your primary objective will be to execute Socialive Client broadcasts remotely and in-person. The position will be responsible for managing and driving aspects of Socialive broadcasts and client on-boarding including:

•   Managing broadcast studio operations (audio and video hardware management, signal routing, regular testing and maintenance, Socialive software use, lighting, internet networking) for both client and internal use

•   Technical setup for in-studio events and video shoots

•   Software orientation, technical testing and troubleshooting, production guidance and technical execution with clients using our platform

•   Socialive product testing and QA management, working closely with our engineering team

This role will also provide a potential path to becoming a full-fledged Product Manager or Account Manager within the company.

Experience

✓     2-5 years of live production experience with a particular focus on video capture and visual displays

✓     1-2 years of live streaming experience, including troubleshooting and optimizing networks

✓     Client experience and ability to communicate personably and professionally

✓     Competent in professional sound and lighting engineering

✓     Production design experience, eye for aesthetics is helpful

✓     Excellent interpersonal communication skills

✓     Highly organized

✓     Ability to work independently

Compensation
