Who We’re Looking For:
WannaGo is looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to build out our next generation iOS native app. We are looking for a heads down native iOS engineer who has experience in combining beautiful design with thoughtful architecture and clean code using the latest programming techniques. You will bring your experience of what works and apply your proven methods to help us reach our goal to deliver a truly stable and beautiful iOS experience.
What you will do:
- Build out a new native iOS application for WannaGo using the latest technologies, architecture, and design
- Work directly with product team and other engineers during weekly sprints
- Evaluate technical tradeoffs of every decision and work with design on the best UI
- Perform code reviews
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 4 years minimum heads down native iOS development (show us your app in the store)
- Minimum 4 years Objective-C experience
- Minimum 2 years Swift experience
- iOS UI/Design principals, patterns, and best practices
- Experience with instrumentation, performance
- Deep knowledge of iOS threading
- Experience in variety of iOS framework
- Prior startup experience
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
