What You'll Do:

• Contribute as a team player in a flat-structured, highly collaborative agile environment
• Fill the role of a team lead in a scrum (flat-structured) environment
  • Help grow the individuals on the team
  • Mentor team members on improving their skill sets
  • Help individual team members with their stories (but don’t solve it for them)
• Work with management, the product owner, scrum master, and the team to find new ways to improve our processes and create a more effective and energized team.

What You Need:

• 5 years of Software Engineering Experience (Python and Frontend preferred)
• 2 years of experience with AngularJS
• 1 year of experience with Django
• 1 year as a team lead

• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases

• Full stack experience
• Experience interacting with and creating APIs
• Experience in the full stack development
• Experience with CI tools such as Bamboo
