ATTN: is currently seeking an IT Support Engineer to assist our IT Manager. Our ideal candidate will have exemplary customer service skills and a strong technical background supporting the Mac and iOS platforms. We are looking for a sharp troubleshooter with the ability to provide in-person and remote IT support to ATTN: users across our varied systems. The IT team is the main support contact for our entire enterprise so we need an agile, driven problem solver for the large user base we support.

What You’ll Do

  • Provision and deploy Mac systems for end users
  • Perform research and collaboration with other IT staff to resolve issues
  • Setup and configure A/V and conference systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues. (i.e. MS Office, Adobe products, VMWare)
  • Assist with Windows based issues
  • Provide basic smartphone support (iOS, Android)
  • Provide remote support using various tools (LogMeIn, ARD, Casper Remote, TeamViewer)
  • Manage users, groups and email lists via Active Directory and Gsuite
  • Resolve end user network issues (File shares, DNS, VPN, printers, etc)
  • Ensure tickets are responded to and closed in a timely manner
  • Assist with inventory management and asset tracking
  • Advise team members and users on best practices for resolving issues
  • Contribute to IT knowledge base as needed
  • Perform special projects when required
  • Assist with office moves and after hours work as needed

Who You Are

  • Minimum 3 years experience supporting Mac OS and hardware in an enterprise environment
  • Experience using a Mac deployment/management tool (JAMF, Munki, DeployStudio)
  • Support of Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Administration experience with Microsoft Active Directory (create users, groups, reset passwords)
  • Familiarity with some form of ticketing system (WebHelpDesk, ZenDesk)
  • Understanding of networking concepts
  • Fundamental knowledge of Mac OS Unix CLI
  • Experience with VMWare Fusion and VM creation
  • Google Apps for Work administration a plus
  • Knowledge of ProMax Platform server a plus
  • Apple Certified Technical Coordinator certification a plus
  • Experience with Atlassian suite of products (Jira, Confluence, Stash) a plus
