You Will Be
- Providing leadership, vision, and execution across multiple offices to continue building a sound IT infrastructure
- Overseeing the network, support ticketing, phones, IT projects, software licensing, and hardware assets
- Assessing all current IT processes, policies, and procedures
- Continuing to enhance/integrate new systems with existing systems
- Identifying areas to gain efficiency through technology across the company
- Developing IT strategy and a roadmap for each business function
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with vendors and corporate leadership
- Providing leadership for the IT team and collaborating with team members at all levels of the company
- Managing all IT-related purchases and working with Finance to oversee the department budget
You Must Have
- 5+ years in an IT role with at least 1+ year in an IT Leadership role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience in a high-growth company that has expanded to multiple offices
- A critical comprehension of network solutions and security
- Strong knowledge and experience with G Suite
- Experience in analysis, implementation, and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
- Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
- Successful track record in delivering IT solutions on time and on budget
- Good working knowledge of digital advertising
- Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Passion for driving change while maintaining core functions
- Working knowledge managing AWS architecture a plus
