Job description
3PL Central is looking for an IT Manager to help fuel our rapid growth. This person will enjoy lead responsibility for our IT infrastructure and enterprise data management systems. While administering the current ecosystem, the Manager will work with executive leaders to evaluate new options, and then implement and manage new solutions with a goal of improving productivity and increasing scalability.
The successful candidate will be energetic, ambitious and action-oriented. This person is excited about leveraging their experience to add value today, while building new skills and finding new ways to help fuel a dynamic business. Primary Responsibilities
- Act as 3PL Central’s IT infrastructure leader
- Learn and grow rapidly with the company - continuously identifying opportunities and implementing process improvements that enable scalability
- Manage and improve existing enterprise data management software deployments - including Salesforce, NetSuite, Totango, Zendesk and others
- Manage and improve existing IT infrastructure - including Exchange, IP Telephony system, and the corporate network
- Partner with executive leadership (e.g., CFO, VP of Sales) to understand business requirements, develop systems-supported solutions and drive implementation
Qualifications
- Technical degree, MCSE and similar certifications, or equivalent experience
- At least three years’ experience managing corporate IT infrastructure
- Enthusiasm for and ability to quickly learn how to structure and manage new systems
- Ability to develop strong partnerships across functions, and to understand business objectives and constraints
- Comfort with managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously
