The Role

As a Systems (IT) Administrator in PatSnap, you will provide friendly and professional tech support to fellow Patsnappers in fast growing environment and also serve as a global office network expert. You are both self-driven and a good co-worker. Your suite of tech-savvy skills will help us install approved software, diagnose hardware, provide office IT solutions, and maintain all IT assets as well as the office policy (ISO). This role requires you to be a real people person, who is willing to go above and beyond to provide an effective level of support to the Santa Monica office of Patsnap.
