International Marketing Associate

Points are redeemable for gift cards to major retailers including Amazon and Walmart. Swagbucks has already paid out over $130 million in cash and gift cards!
We are currently looking for an International Marketing Associate to join our team. This role will be responsible for launching promotions, analyzing performance of campaigns, creating content, managing our international social media accounts and ensuring all aspects of our international sites are operational.
As our International Marketing Associate, you will also:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for international sites
- Coordinate with internal teams including but not limited to Production Art Department, Developers, and Sales teams to implement campaigns from inception to live environment
- Provide international marketplace analysis and adjust marketing plans based on findings
- Review all aspects of the site to ensure the content visible on Swagbucks is functioning properly, grammatically correct and in accordance with terms & conditions of our advertisers
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure that all obligations are being met with respect to client and member needs and expectations
- Provide marketplace feedback and competitive intelligence to internal groups to improve and enhance product offerings
- Work cross departmentally for issue resolution when needed
- Gather and analyze data to make informed decisions about the product or content
- Use all tools at your disposal to increase daily engagement on site and decrease churn
Skills and experience required:
- 2+ years relevant experience at interactive agency or equivalent
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual a must - Spanish, French, Italian preferred
- Ability to coordinate work among various stakeholders around the globe.
- Must be detail oriented and possess strong analytical skills
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- Ability to think creatively and sell strategically
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Must have superior prioritization and multitasking skills
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Must have a sense of ownership
